藝術總監 陳淑卿 Artistic Director Chen Shuching
舞者、編舞家、表演藝術教育者及婆娑舞集創辦人暨藝術總監，長期居住與創作於花蓮
Chen Shu-Ching is a dancer, choreographer, performing arts educator,and the founder and artistic director of Posuo Dance Collective.
她的創作以「身體與土地的關係」為核心，從花蓮的大山大海、自然環境及地方生活出發，透過行走、呼吸、重心轉移、身體流動與空間感知，探索身體與自然、記憶、時間及生命之間的關係。 她不僅將大自然視為舞台，更將自然的節奏、質地與力量內化為身體語言。風、海浪、山、雲、樹木、芒草與鐵道，都可能成為她創作與身體研究的起點。她亦長期關注地方人物與生活故事，曾將文學作品、地方歷史、獨居老人、女性生命故事及花蓮人的生活記憶轉化為舞蹈創作。在創作形式上，她擅長將現代舞、環境舞蹈、空間劇場、影像、裝置與跨域藝術結合，持續探索舞蹈在非典型空間中的可能性。
Based in Hualien, Taiwan, her artistic practice is deeply rooted in the relationship between the body and the land. She draws inspiration from the mountains, ocean, weather, landscape and everyday life of eastern Taiwan, transforming these experiences into movement through walking, breathing, weight shifting, bodily flow and spatial awareness. For Chen, nature is not merely a backdrop for performance. Wind, waves, mountains, clouds, trees, roads and railway landscapes are transformed into sources of movement research and choreographic thinking. Her repertoire also explores literature, local history, women’s experiences, aging, personal memory and stories from everyday life. Through these subjects, she seeks to reveal the subtle relationship between the individual body, collective memory and place. Her artistic practice combines contemporary dance, site-specific performance, visual theatre, multimedia, installation and interdisciplinary collaboration, continually exploring how dance can exist beyond the conventional theatre stage.Her work is characterized by a restrained and poetic physicality, a strong sense of place, and a deep humanistic concern.

走 的計畫。作品就可以看到從2013《車站慢漫》-2018《時間線條—我在路上》而《車站慢漫》本身就以「路線」進入太魯閣、花蓮縱谷與東海岸，將「一浪一石、一山一雲、一鄉一鎮」轉化為肢體與意象。

The works that demonstrate this include:2013 "Slow Travel at the Station" -2018 "Timeline - I'm on the Road". "Slow Travel at the Station" itself uses a "route" to enter Taroko Gorge, Hualien Rift Valley and the East Coast, transforming "a wave, a rock, a mountain, a cloud, a village, a town" into physical forms and images.

Wind is a co-choreographer
風改變裙擺、改變舞者平衡、改變手臂方向、改變群舞隊形，改變音樂／聲音 作品本身發生變化。2015「家。回望」-2020「小日子在海邊」婆娑舞集在「非劇場空間」金瓜石神廟遺跡，以及七星潭海岸、基隆潮境公園、宜蘭外沙灘、漁光島等戶外空間，風是共同參與者，肢體本身產生變化，風改變了我們的動作。
The wind alters the hem of skirts, changes the dancers' balance, shifts the direction of their arms, alters the formation of the group dance, and changes the music/sound. The work itself undergoes a transformation. From "Home. Looking Back" in 2015 to "Little Days by the Sea" in 2020, the Posuo Dance Theatre performed in "non-theatrical spaces" such as the Jinguashi Temple ruins, as well as outdoor spaces like Qixingtan Beach, Keelung Chaojing Park, Yilan Outer Beach, and Yuguang Island. The wind was a co-participant, causing changes in the body itself; the wind altered our movements.
