婆娑舞集透過身體與地景、地方、氣候、記憶之間持續的對話，發展舞蹈語彙。
A contemporary Taiwanese dance company whose physical research is rooted in the mountains and sea of Hualien.
The Posuo Dance Space develops its dance vocabulary through a continuous dialogue between the body and the landscape, place, climate, and memory.
花蓮就是婆娑創作的內在核心 "Hualien" is the core of Posuo's creative essence.
「婆娑」之名源於花蓮瀕臨太平洋的自然環境，也象徵「處處可以起舞、人人皆可成為舞者」的創作理念。舞團將自然視為重要的創作老師，從風的吹動、海的波動、樹木的搖曳，以及花蓮土地上的生活與人文故事中，轉化出獨特的身體語彙。婆娑舞集的創作主題涵蓋自然、行走、地方記憶、女性、時間、人文關懷與跨域藝術，逐漸形成具有花蓮地域精神的當代舞蹈語言。
Its repertoire encompasses nature,walking, local history, women’s experiences, time,humanistic concerns and interdisciplinary collaboration, gradually developing a distinctive contemporary dance language rooted in Hualien.
Rooted in the spectacular mountains and ocean of eastern Taiwan, Posuo Dance Collective regards nature as one of its most important creative teachers. The movement vocabulary of the company grows from the rhythms of wind, waves, trees, landscape and everyday life, as well as from the human stories and cultural memories embedded in the land. The name “Posuo” evokes the image of Hualien facing the Pacific Ocean and reflects the company’s belief that every place can become a stage and everyone can become a dancer.
